committed to continual upgrade of it's Service Operations to better cater to our Custormer needs and set the standards in service for the motor industry in PNG.
Our Main emphasis is concentrated in three areas:
Customer communication
Quality control / staff training
Facility improvements and modifications
Upgrades of our facilites have seen a vast
improvement in our "Quality Control" and "Customer Benefits", particular in our Fleet Operations
One of our primary concerns in the operation of Fleet Management is correct communications
with our Customer, primarily, informing them of their scheduled services, repair and maintenance needs.
Our new "ERA" integrated computer system enables us to track and monitor all fleet service histories.
With this information we are able to take the "hassle" away from the Fleet Operator by
organizing his or her service needs.
In addition to vehicle sales, PNG Motors offers a full range of service facilities (workshop and panel shop) and spare parts backup through its branches in Port Moresby, Lae, Mount Hagen, Goroka and Kokopo.
