• A Vehicle tracking , integrated computer system. This system allows correct tracking and monitoring of all Customer vehicles and invoices. The system also monitors Corporate Rates,Service History, registrations and safety stickers. The system is linked country wide so no matter which PNG MOTORS Branch you are at, your vehicles / fleet history can be obtained at a moments notice.
• Pick up and delivery for all vehicles requiring service or repairs ( no charge in areas that have a PNG MOTORS Service Centre, town limits only).
• Free 40 point Safety Inspection carried prior to any service. This way we can inform you of your vehicles condition allowing you the choice of how best to spend your hard earned Kina on repairs.
• Dedicated Service Advisors. Our front counter Service Advisors are trained in Customer / Fleet Management. By dealing with these trained professionals, communication becomes easy.
• Dedicated Roadtesters. To ensure your vehicles repairs are correct, our Roadtesters carry out a final quality inspection to ensure all work carried out is of the highest quality standard.
• Service Centres set up to service and repair most manufacturers makes and models.
• Free car wash at every service.
